What if we get an incorrect or incomplete address?
If we ship cookies to an incorrect address, then it will be returned to us. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left USPS there is little we can do. In these rare instances, we ask for your patience and promise in return to do everything in our power to make sure your cookies arrive in perfect condition and as soon as humanly possible.
Are your delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and we are unable to control any unforeseen delays of the delivery service.
All cookies are packaged and shipped with care to avoid breakage, but accidents do happen. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order. *Please note, during the months of November & December delivery times may be delayed due to the increase in carrier volume.
What if the gift is going to a business?
If a gift is being shipped to a business, USPS will deliver the package to the designated area where they deliver all other packages to the company. This may be a receiving area, a welcome desk, or an administrative desk. Many companies do not allow the delivery drivers to enter an office in pursuit of a recipient, so once the package has arrived it is the companies’ responsibility to make sure the cookies reach the correct person.
Do recipients have to be present to receive their packages?
It is up to the discretion of the individual USPS delivery driver. If they cannot leave the package in a secure location the delivery driver may have to come back later, and very often it is the following day.
How do you pack the cookies?
All cookies are individually wrapped prior to being packed into a cookie box with tissue paper and bow tied. We then use a larger cardboard box with bubble wrap to ensure your delivery is shipped safely.
